We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and articulate Solutions Engineer to act as a subject matter expert and technical advisor across the full customer lifecycle. This expert-level role supports both pre-sales and post-sales activities, offering in-depth technical guidance on our client’s core offerings, including structured cabling, access control, and network infrastructure solutions.
The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in translating customer needs into customized, practical, and scalable solutions—supporting the sales team during the deal cycle, and ensuring smooth transitions through implementation and support.ResponsibilitiesPartner with account executives to assess client needs and design tailored solutions aligned with the client’s service capabilities.Participate in discovery meetings, site assessments, and technical presentations to prospective clients.Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and detailed scopes of work for proposals.Provide product and service expertise to support RFPs, quotes, and competitive differentiators.Serve as a technical liaison during onboarding and deployment, ensuring successful project implementation.Collaborate with operations and field engineering teams to align client expectations with delivery.Troubleshoot complex issues, offer escalation support, and provide long-term technical guidance to clients.Gather feedback from customers to inform continuous improvement of solutions and services.
